Our household got taken over a nasty cold last week. Even Jezriel was down for a week and as my dad would say, he’s Wolverine! He usually is just sick for a day, done and over with it.

It’s funny how I barely knew where the closest park was before becoming a mom. Now I feel like I know each one in our area. Like the back of my hand, even by all their names too.
A Chocolate Factory
For a few months now I’ve been wanting to check out MAST Brothers, a chocolate factory here in DTLA. I first noticed it from a mama friend Suzie, then when I had coffee with Hannah a few months ago before the L.A. Baby Show and kept seeing it at Whole Foods, so it was a sign I needed to check the place out.
The Elves’ Faire
It’s that time of year again and we couldn’t wait to head down to Altadena for the Annual Elves’s Faire. We went last year, Cataleya was a little too small to experience but that didn’t stop us.

Our family woke up bright and early to head down to Orange County last weekend to attend the MiLK conference. When we went there a couple of the speakers already started, so we took our time checking in and got our goodie bag.
