As I’m typing this up, I’ve realized how much I’ve forgotten, Jezriel had to help me remember a few parts. I was 38 weeks and 1 day, on Saturday, January 27th, we were planning to head down to my chiropractor in Pasadena, to get an adjustment that morning, so we were up by 6:00 am.
A couple weeks ago our family, including our chihuahua’s drove up to San Fransisco taking a scenic route. Leading up to our trip my dad and I built up a daily itinerary. I can handle spontaneous, but I need some general idea of what to do. Continue reading “San Francisco Getaway”
For a few months now I’ve been wanting to check out MAST Brothers, a chocolate factory here in DTLA. I first noticed it from a mama friend Suzie, then when I had coffee with Hannah a few months ago before the L.A. Baby Show and kept seeing it at Whole Foods, so it was a sign I needed to check the place out.
Our whole family got to sleep in, and Jezriel made french toast, which is my favorite! I actually wanted to open presents first thing in the morning, however I was starving. Recently we had my brother-in-law and his girlfriend Tiffany come over for the weekend. We had a little early Christmas with them before they head out of town next week.
It’s pretty known I’m obsessed with anything wood, it’s just so beautiful! I even often forget my dad’s passion is wood making before he started working in the aerospace industry.
As I talked about in a couple posts back my brother was in town to help my dad move here to California. They arrived early Monday morning due to being stuck in all day Sunday, from Las Vegas. They got a glimpse of LA traffic so that was a much needed rest day for them.
This is definitely something I will be coming back to every year! I originally had a game plan on which speakers I was going to listen to, but I was so excited I completely didn’t follow my own agenda. Plus Cataleya threw a couple curve balls.
