When I attended a wedding last year I convinced myself that I could nurse easily in a dress I already owned, not sure what I was thinking! I have to note also that Cataleya was a month old and nursed very frequently for a long time. Basically my nursing cover was a life saver that evening.

Last year I searched and searched for an alcohol free hand sanitizer that I could place right next to Cataleya’s changing table. That’s when I discovered Babyganics at Target for the first time, then I started to notice other moms using their mineral sunscreen.

If you haven’t noticed already, Cataleya has been wearing some clips from Livie Loo’s!!! I was a little nervous picking some, so I only chose two just in case they wouldn’t stay in her hair.
Last week, I got a chance to meet up with SoCal Lady bloggers at STONEFIRE Grill in Valencia to try out a few new items that were being added to their menu.
The older Cataleya gets, I’ve noticed I bring less and less with me and I’m that much closer to carrying regular bags! However, I usually always have a bigger diaper bag packed in the trunk, just in case.
It has been really hot here in the valley, like over 100 degrees!!! So during the weekdays I’ve been taking advantage of a little pampering at home with my Homegrown Collective box.
I’ve been looking for a watch to wear lately, mainly because when I pull out my phone to look what time it is, Cataleya instantly grabs for it ?. Then it’s a challenge to sneak it away from her and place it back into my back pocket. Jezriel and I try really hard to limit our use of the phone and computer when Cataleya is awake, it’s tough!

Have you heard of Mommy Con? If not, a fellow mommy calls it the Comic-Con for natural minded parents, such as baby wearing, breastfeeding, holistic health and tons more! When I had Cataleya that’s when I knew being a mom and parenting is a whole new world. To me it was a learning curve, well, a constant one anyways.
