Upstairs Loft Space

We really wanted to focus on our loft first. Space for the kids to hang, since they now usually wake up before us. Its also a whole new area that we had really nothing for besides our old TV that use to hang in our old living room.

When I was recovering, I created a quick mood board to give me an idea of what I wanted to space to look like. I typically don’t look at the price, initially, then I work my way back finding similar items that fit our budget. However, with everything else, a lot of items were back-ordered and that was a challenge in itself.

Original Mood Board

I kept with my mid-century hints and went out of my comfort zone for some color in our sofa and a black ceiling fan. So nerve wreaking, but I’m glad I did.

Revised Mood Board
Sofa // Coffee Table // Lamp // Art Work Left + Right // Faux Plant // Area Rug // Curtains // Coffee Table Bowl // Coffee Table Faux Plant // Accent Pillows // TV Stand
