Easter Basket Ideas

How are we seriously already near April? I mean I just had Enzo in January and feel like it should still be that month. When I was thinking of what to put in the kids baskets, by they way  it still feels surreal to say ‘kids’.

I’m obsessed with Waldorf items and am working towards to building that collection slowly, by adding an item or two into every gift opportunity.  I both got them playing silks, trying to stick with subtle colors as well as these wooden play clips.  Before my dad packed up with woodshop he made the kids a few peg dolls. I just can’t wait for their playroom to unfold to what I’ve been imagining.

Enzo is obviously a baby, but wanted to include him on a basket of goodies. I know he’ll be teething soon, so I got a couple rubber teether toys and an amber teething necklace. His Godparents know me well and my love for Hazel Village animals and got him the perfect rabbit friend!

As for Cataleya I reused the basket I got her last year, as I planned she would continue using it. Besides the Waldorf items I included, I placed a doll babywearing wrap since she’s been mimicking me with Enzo. Last but not least was some modeling beeswax, not sure if she’s till to young so I only got three pieces.

Overall I’m trying to find items to build up that playroom I’m envisioning, simple and practical. What do you add into your kids Easter Baskets, I’d love to hear.
