I had to share this wine subscription from Wine Down Box that I stumbled upon! I like to enjoy a glass a wine once in a while, but lets me honest it’s easier for me to grab a Stella Rosa! I want to explore different wines, but want it as easy as going though a drive thru ?!
Well I realized they deliver, I felt like I won a lotto. They were so kind enough to send me their August Pairing that included: 2014 Chardonnay from Center of Effort, goat brie cheese from Laura Chenel’s it’s even made here in California, French Styled Salami from Olympia Provisions and thin bread crackers. I chose a crisp wine solely based on a craving and my love for brie cheese!
When I got the delivery the wine was packaged securely in bubble wrap, the cheese and salami came in an insulated pouch with an ice pack. They even included information of each product and how everything pairs.
It couldn’t of came at a better time as I had a busy week in addition to comforting a teething toddler. On a side note Cataleya’s bottom molars are coming out. Plus my husband Jezriel happened to make some cheese fondue as an appetizer that night. Since we learned the Chardonnay is a versatile wine.  We even added a little bit of it into the fondu.
