I’ve been on the hunt for leg warmers for a few months, mainly for elimination communication and easier diaper changes. Honestly, when Cataleya and I are home, you’ll likely find us in the most basic comfy cloths. She’s usually just in a onesie or PJ’s with a missing sock and I’m in a tank and leggings. However, when we are out in the about I do try to get us a little presentable.
I tried googling, pintresting, instagraming and even amazon for cute baby leg warmers. Gosh its really hard! Not to say that they are a hard product, more so visually pleasing to me. I just wanted something with simple colors and subtle patterns, so I can pair with a big majority of her cloths. The search paid off and I finally found Rubia Wear.
Ashley Ellis is the owner and hand makes this leg warmers. I was in love with all the fabric types instantly. You can chose based off pattern and fabric weights for warmth comfort. You won’t see baby sizes yet on your her site, but you will soon. So for now she just takes orders as they come in via ordering as a RubitaMINI or contacting her through her page. Basically you get to pick 3 fabric choices for the price of $23, that’s a sweet deal, plus they are super soft!
I couldn’t wait for them to come in, it was like Christmas for me. Right when I put them on they were a bit tight on her. I was so excited about the fabric choices I forgot to consider my daughter’s chubby thighs and it didn’t make it past her knee. Ashley was so amazing and worked with me on simple measurements to get an even more custom fit for Cataleya. Just in case those didn’t fit she included a pair from her RubitaMini line. These fit perfect on Cataleya and Ashley was able to make them slightly bigger and longer for when she grows.

These are so cute!! I never considered leg warmers for my little one because like your little, we’re in our pjs most of the day ha! … but now I just might! 🙂
I’m glad I’m not the only one in PJ’s all day ?! And man leg warmers make mommy or daddy life that much easier.
